| ART: Mater Dei provides facilities for developing artistic talents. Art classes are conducted right up to class IX. The school enters students in Inter-school Art competitions at state and national level. |

| MUSIC,CHOIR,DRAMA,DANCE,SPEECH: There are opportunities for students to play in a band and instrumental groups, as well as for students to join choral groups. We also train students in drama. At least one major drama production occurs at senior and junior level each year. Students are encouraged to participate in creative dance and folk dance in school. Classical dance viz. Bharat Natyam is also taught. A special Fee is charged. |

| Students have an opportunity to
take speech lessons. They are trained in Elocution,
Oratory and Public Speaking. The same is showcased at
competitions, days of National importance and at OPEN EVENING. |
